Selection of a Lead Industry Partner to augment and upgrade NSTI Bhubaneswar, establish a National Centre of Excellence, and lead institutional transformation under PM-SETU Component II. The selected partner must contribute at least 20% of the total project cost, with a five-year agreement period.
