Description
The Department of College Education, Government of Rajasthan, in collaboration with RISL, is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop, implement, and maintain the Kaushal Darpan portal and mobile application. The project aims to create a comprehensive, integrated digital platform to streamline administrative, academic, and governance processes across government and private colleges in Rajasthan, including features such as real-time dashboards, stakeholder management, process monitoring, resource management, and integration with existing government systems. The scope includes study, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operations & maintenance for a period of three years.
