Description
Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority invites proposals to appoint a professionally managed agency on retainership for integrated public relations, social media and digital communication services. The agency will support media relations, content production, social channel management, reputation management and communication about PFRDA schemes. The appointment is for three years, with a possible extension of up to one year.

- Documents required: Registered partnership deed or registration certificate issued by Registrar of Firms, or Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies with Memorandum and Articles of Association where applicable, and registered office address, MoA or work orders indicating years of experience and nature of activity/services provided, Work orders and/or agreements for active PR and social media agency appointments with at least two Government Organizations, and satisfactory performance certificates not more than 3 months old, Work orders and/or agreements for active PR and social media agency appointments with at least two Financial Services Sector/BFSI companies, and satisfactory performance certificates not more than 3 months old, CA-certified statements, audited/certified financial statements and annual reports for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26; CA certificate for PR and social media turnover if activity-wise revenue segmentation is unavailable, CA-certified statement for billing of Government Organizations during FY 2025-26, Documentary proof of office addresses in at least 3 cities and a fully functional HO/RO in Delhi NCR, Proof of work done in Indian regional languages, HR records and/or salary records, PF statements and proof of experience for staff, certified by Head (HR) or Company Secretary, Profiles/CVs of the permanent project manager, social media executive and financial content writer as per Annexure IX, Undertaking confirming compliance with eligibility criteria, Duly filled application/proposal with Annexures I to XI, indexed, page-numbered and sequenced
