Description
Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission seeks a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant firm to assist with preparation and finalization of accounts, audit queries, TDS, GST, profession tax and income tax returns for FY 2026-27 through FY 2030-31. The contract is for five financial years. Bidders must meet the stated experience, staffing, turnover and assignment criteria.
Eligibility & requirements
- Experience required: 5 years

- Certifications: Registration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), Empanelment with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India
- Documents required: Attested copy of Constitution Certificate issued by ICAI / ICMAI (latest certificate), Attested copy of PAN card of the firm, Attested copy of GST registration of the firm, Attested copy of Balance Sheet and income tax returns for the last three years, List of assignments carried out in last five years, List of assignments of preparation of accounts / finalization of accounts carried out in last five years, List of Partners indicating FCA / ACA / ACA/ FCMA/ACMA status alongwith their membership numbers, List of total staff strength (excluding partners) at Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane, Self declaration / undertaking on letter head duly signed by authorized partner declaring that the firm or any partners are not blacklisted
