Description
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow seeks an architectural and engineering consultancy firm to provide comprehensive planning, design and execution consultancy for proposed campus infrastructure works at its Lucknow and Noida campuses. The scope includes buildings, campus planning, associated engineering services, landscaping and statutory approvals. The appointment is initially for 3 years or until completion of the works, whichever is later.

- Documents required: Cover letter, Company profile, Experience and case studies with project descriptions and client references, Team composition and details of architects and technical experts, Technical proposal, including approach and methodology, Council of Architecture (CoA) licence, GST certification and updated returns, Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years, ESI/EPF details, ISO certification, if any, Form 16 of employees of the firm, Documentary evidence of consultancy fees received, Client certificate confirming completion of work, Chartered Accountant certificate with valid UDIN for fees and turnover verification, Documentary evidence of completed institutional campus masterplan(s), Documentary evidence of design services for residential and institutional/research buildings, Earnest money deposit proof
