Description
C-DAC invites applications to empanel AI Service Providers to deliver end-to-end AI compute services, including infrastructure, platform, software, security and support, for up to 10,000 AI Compute Units across India. Stage 1 is technical qualification and empanelment; work allocation and financial bidding will occur in subsequent Stage 2 procurements. Empanelled providers are expected to provide services for five years.

- Certifications: Tier-III/Rated-3 or above certification from Uptime/TIA-942, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 or ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 1 or SOC 2, PCI-DSS, SASE compliance
- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, GST registration certificate, PAN, Chartered Accountant certificate with UDIN certifying average annual turnover, Proof of ownership, lease or co-location arrangement for the data centre, Tier-III/Rated-3 or above certification for the data centre facility from Uptime/TIA-942, Bid Securing Declaration letter as per Annexure-4, signed by the authorised signatory, Documentary evidence, including OEM certification/letter, substantiating installation and operationalization of at least 512 AICUs, For bidders deploying the required AICUs, applicable guarantee of Rs. 10 Crore, Self-declaration on company letterhead regarding blacklisting, debarment and de-empanelment, Valid ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, Self-declaration specifying the location of the NOC and SOC, OEM-signed installation report, Documentary evidence of data centre IT load capacity, Documentary evidence of renewable energy usage or procurement, Data centre owner/operator certificate confirming installed cooling technology, capacity/coverage and supported IT infrastructure, Copies of valid security compliance certificates claimed, Details of SASE solution and documentary evidence, Work orders/contracts and completion/performance certificates for similar government projects, Technical presentation covering cloud setup, network topology, security architecture, orchestration, compute and storage capacity, scaling plans and latency
