Description
JBVNL invites bids to select a System Integrator to design, provide, install, operate, monitor, maintain and support managed Wi-Fi services and a dedicated 100 Mbps Internet Leased Line at its Nigam Headquarters in Ranchi. The solution includes network and security infrastructure, centralized management, and end-to-end managed services. The initial contract period is three years, with an extension option of up to two additional years.

- Documents required: Covering Letter containing details of EMD and Tender Fee, General information about Bidder, Pre-qualification checklist with supporting documents, Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate, Chartered Accountant’s turnover certificate for FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26, Audited financial statements for FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26, Income Tax Returns for FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26, Certificate from a CA confirming positive net worth, Work Orders proving similar-work experience, Power of Attorney of Authorization on Rs. 200 non-judicial stamp paper, notarized and supported by authorized signatory identity proof, Self-declaration on organization letterhead confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred, Proof of OEM or Manufacturer status, where applicable, Bid-specific Manufacturer Authorization Certificate and Bid Specific Compliance Certificate, where applicable, Power of attorney on stamp paper or Board Resolution, Relevant ISP and NLD licenses, where applicable, Affidavit confirming no blood relation with JBVNL employees, Valid PAN Card, Valid GST Registration Certificate, Eligibility criteria details and supporting documents, Required certificates, undertakings and affidavits, Duly filled and digitally signed BOQ, Financial bid proposal
