Description
JUSNL invites proposals from eligible manufacturers, OEMs, authorized dealers/channel partners, experienced repairers, approved PGCIL vendors, or vendors with State Transmission Utility experience to repair two defective Toshiba 132/33 kV, 50 MVA power transformers at GSS Shikaripara, including erection, testing, commissioning, and transportation. Completion is required within four months from the Letter of Intent.

- Documents required: Chartered Accountant certificate confirming qualifying manufacturing or major repair experience, User certificate confirming satisfactory operation for at least two years, Performance certificate issued by the utility/end user, Complete purchase order or contract agreement copy, Routine test certificates, Heat run test certificates, Impulse test certificates, Billing/invoice copy, Details of utility/company, installation place, transformer capacity and voltage ratio, and repair work executed, Undertaking confirming availability of routine and acceptance testing facilities, Signed list of equipment and facilities, including cranes and ovens, with ratings and capacities, Documentary evidence of heat run testing facilities and satisfactory service of a 132 kV or higher voltage-class transformer, Chartered Accountant certificate, audited balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts for the immediately preceding three financial years, Banker-certified evidence of access to credit lines and liquid assets of at least Rs. 1.5 crore, not more than three months old at bid submission, GST registration, Affidavit regarding blacklisting, banning, debarment, or termination for non-performance, Form 5 listing pending litigation and arbitration, Bidder's index or table of contents
