Description
Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category A Lok Seva Kendra at Itarsi, District Narmadapuram, under a public-private partnership. The operator will provide services according to the prescribed SOP and SLA for a three-year agreement period. Bids are evaluated on the process fee per application, with the lowest qualifying fee selected; the quoted fee must be at least Rs. 20.
