Description
Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category B Lok Seva Kendra at Shivpur, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, under a public-private partnership for three years. The operator will provide services to applicants, maintain the facility, and comply with the DeGS standard operating procedures and service-level agreement. Award is to the bidder quoting the lowest process fee, which must be at least Rs. 20 per application.
