Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) invites applications for empanelment of agencies to prepare the India BioEconomy Report (IBER). The contract period is initially 3 years, extendable up to 5 years, with a focus on data collection, analysis, report drafting, and policy insights related to India's biotech sector.
