Description
Consolidated replies to vendor queries for the replacement of seven level luffing jetty cranes: four 30-ton cranes for ND(MBI), and one each of 25-ton, 60-ton and 80-ton capacity for ND(VZG).

- Documents required: Audited balance sheet and profit and loss account for the relevant period, authenticated by a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant, Documents supporting experience and past performance, including completed work orders with cost, customer contact details, and satisfactory work completion, handing over/taking over, or performance certificates, Client certificate confirming supplied level luffing jetty cranes have operated successfully and free of defects in major components for at least 02 years after commissioning, Contract details of customers supplied with similar level luffing jetty cranes in the past 10 years, Certificate from a Chartered Accountant certifying minimum annual production capacity, Undertaking confirming an India sales and service office and capability to respond to defects within 48 to 72 hours, Confirmation of holding an industrial license as per DAP-20, Permanent Account Number for Indian bidders or Indian counterparts of foreign bidders, Documents supporting working bid capacity, including certification of existing commitments and ongoing works by a Chartered Accountant
