- Fabricating, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor type Feeder Pillar panel upto 300 mm deep suitable for 415 V, 3 phase ,4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized & segregated design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and 1.6 mm for covers, with 3 mm gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with powder coating in approved shade, Having 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp capacity double door with locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, final fixed on M.S. Angle iron frame work of size 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm and 90 cm long legs out of which 40 cm duly grounded in cement concrete, entire panel shall have a common aluminum earth bar of size 25 mm x5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connection form main bus bar to switch gear with required size of Alu. bus bar & control wiring with 1.5 sqmm. PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates, duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Stone aggregate 20 mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel board i/c making connection, interconnection with aluminium thimbless & duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as required. — Qty: 31.25 Sq.mtr
