Description

Turnkey replacement of the existing old VCB panels at Geleky and Haluwating 33/11 kV distribution substations under Sivasagar Electrical Circle, including survey, procurement, supply, erection, testing and commissioning. Estimated value is Rs. 1,27,19,162; completion period is 150 days from issue of work order.

Documents required: APDCL Contract Management System (CMS) registration certificate, Valid electrical contractor's and supervisor's licenses (not less than 33 kV), Experience certificate for successful supply, installation and commissioning of at least one 11 kV Indoor VCB Panel-9 Unit or higher during the last five financial years, Audited balance sheets, audited profit and loss accounts, auditor's reports and income tax returns for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, Chartered Accountant-certified average annual turnover certificate with UDIN, Chartered Accountant-certified net worth calculation certificate with UDIN, Bank solvency/bank certificate mentioning the NIT number and work name, GST registration certificate and up-to-date GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns, Employee Provident Fund and ESIC registration documents, Valid Labour License, PAN card, No Litigation Certificate, Bid capacity information and supporting affidavit/documents, Annexure-A statutory dues self-undertaking, Annexure-B GST and ITC compliance certificate, Registered/notarized Joint Venture Agreement and Power of Attorney, if bidding as a JV, Authorized signatory authority or company Board resolution, List of similar ongoing and completed works, Methodology for carrying out the assignment, Details of manpower to be engaged, Information on plant, tools, testing equipment and other resources, Self-declaration to procure materials from APDCL-approved vendors/suppliers
