- Replacement of damaged components of HT motor feeder 6.6KV, 800 A, 25 KA, panel of unit No.1 installed at Tawi Pump House Jammu by way of providing and fitting of Andrew Yule /Equivalent make new spares such as Catch mechanism 01 no., Shunt trip coil 110 V DC 01 no., closing coil-110 V DC 01 no., Breaker Auxiliary Switch 4 NO+ 4NC- 01 No., Auxiliary Contactor 110V DC, Surge arrestor 6.6 KV 01No., after isolating HT Breaker, isolating incoming supply from all possible sources and drawing out VCB trolly from the chamber. Cleaning chamber from inside using air blower ,cleaning all the terminals using CRC spray, applying lubricants to mechanical. Tightening all the terminals properly. Replacing defective TNC Switch of VCB panel with new one Replacing all damaged HRC fuses2A/4A/10 A and indicating lamps by P/F new one. Checking all control wiring and replacing if any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed, maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification. Checking — Qty: 1 Job
