- Disconnection of all electric connection decoupled the Motor from pump and pump from Suction & delivery system by cutting set and manual labour etc. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Dismantling the pump set from foundation after cutting of damaged jammed foundation bolts with gas cutter with the help of required tools & tackles , crane as per site requirement. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Closing of suction and delivery line with M.S. blank flange including rubber sheet and M.S nuts and bolts as required. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Removing the all damaged/rusted studs from the pump casing by cutting of all rusted studs & nut bolts with the use of required tools and tackles as per site requirement. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Removing and cleaning of floating material, debris and trash in line and pump from suction side with the help manual labour and required tools and tackles as per site requirement. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- All safety measurements as per NHRC guidelines is to be taken to work safely with manual labour/ mechanical excavation including helmets, gumboots , barrier cone, caution tape , oxygen mask, full body harness ,safety jacket , etc. as per site requirement and to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site. — Qty: 1 Job Complete
- S/o Neoprene packing, MS Nut Bolts, washer gland packing, grease etc as required at the size. — Qty: 1 Lot
- Providing and fixing of new SS studs along with bolts, washer as per sample/site requirement. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Removing of dead flanges from the suction & delivery reducers and fixing of reducer with all new and repaired parts i.e rubber packing, nut bolts as per site requirement. — Qty: 2 Jobs
- Reassembling of pump and motor and making connection of the motor with the starter and also refitting the pump-set as per original position on the base frame with proper alignment with the help of skilled staff, heavy labour, tools and tackles etc. — Qty: 2 Jobs
