- The scrap material was shifted from 60 MGD STP Nilothi-I to Saiyed Nangloi SPS in accordance with the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, utilizing a crane and manual labour. — Qty: 1 Job
- The leakage has occurred in the 1800 mm diameter rising main of Niloth ISP at inlet chamber of 60 MGD STP Nilothi-I. The damaged section requires immediate Replacement. Firstly, all the necessary hand tools, power tools and chemical materials are being arranged as per the site requirements. After that damaged pipe cutt with the help of gas cutter and heavy labours. Making the MS bend of 1800 mm dia with the help of gas cutter and othe tool taken to cutting the MS pipe in different sizes and the same to make proper bend as per size requirement this is very time. The 2 no new flanges was fitted with one of the new MS bend and the existing flange was prepared to fix with the new bend. The damaged portion of the existing 1800 mm MS pipe will be cut, and a new 1800 mm MS pipe section will be fitted in its place with the help of skilled, semi-skilled and Un -skilled staffs, cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, and heavy equipments required at site of work along with its complete to be arranged at site of work by the agency. — Qty: 1 Job
