Description
UJVN Limited invites bids for repair and maintenance of Unit-1 of Suringad II Small Hydro Power Station. The work includes servicing and repair of turbine, generator, hydraulic and electrical components, supply and replacement of specified parts, and final testing and synchronization. Estimated cost is Rs. 28,10,500 excluding GST. Completion period is 105 days from the date of start.

- RUNNER ASSEMBLY:- A) Dismantling & Inspection-Dismantling of the Pelton runner assembly and thorough inspection of the runner, buckets, hub and associated components. Existing bucket profile dimensions shall be measured and recorded before commencement of repair work. B) Heat Treatment & Welding / Build-up- Welding shall be carried out using a proper approved welding procedure, including required pre-heating, inter-pass temperature control and post-welding heat treatment/stress-relieving process, as applicable to the runner material and Carrying out welding/build-up work on the damaged/worn portions of the Pelton runner buckets using 3.15 mm dia. E-309 Mo electrodes of reputed makes such as D&H, L&T or ESAB, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. C) Grinding & Profile Restoration- After welding, the repaired areas shall be properly ground and finished. - Synchronous Generator DE & NDE Bearing & Brake pads: Complete Top Cover , side terminal boxes, cleaning side covers, inlet & Outlet fan, overhauling & repairing of WEG make 3125kVA,3.3KV Generator along with DE & NDE bearing during annual maintenance. (i) Complete cleaning (removal of oil, moisture, dirt & carbon)by opening side covers. Measurement of IR & PI value before and after cleaning. (ii) Inspection of DE & NDE bearing thrust pads, counter thrust pads, cleaning, scrapping, adjustment and blue matching of pads. Supply & replacement of seal of DE & NDE bearing. (iii) Complete repair & maintenance of Synchronous Generator braking system. Supply & replacement of damaged brake pads.
