- Un binding from old insulators and taking down old unservicable insulators and re–stretching only existing 5/3 wire ACSR OH conductor of any size on LT poles including binding the ACSR with new insulators with and including aluminium binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
