Expression of Interest to lease and operate the municipal-owned Bhagyodaya Mangal Office at Kedgaon for five years. Eligible applicants include registered self-help groups, social organizations, charitable organizations, and government-licensed organizations. The successful organization must provide a security deposit of Rs. 250,000, maintain and repair the premises, and pay rent quarterly. The rent increases by 10% annually.
