Registration and selection of vendors to enter into a price agreement for supplying medicines, laboratory reagents, surgical and dental materials, medical equipment, and related medical stores to ECHS Polyclinic, Vayu Sena Nagar, Nagpur, for FY 2027-28. Applications are submitted offline; RFPs will be issued only to registered firms.

- Documents required: Drug manufacturing licence, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate issued by State Drug Controller, Manufacturing and Marketing Certificate issued by State Drug Controller, Annual turnover certificate of pharmaceutical products from Chartered Accountant, DGQA registration, if any, PAN/TIN number, Income tax returns for the last three consecutive years, VAT/State Sales Tax/Central Sales Tax certificate, Non-conviction certificate issued by State Drug Controller, GST number, Authorized certificate from ODM, if available, Valid wholesale/retail drug licence issued by State Government, Address proof of the shop mentioning postal address and telephone/fax numbers, Bank name and account number with last three months' transaction statement or copy of sales tax return, Affidavit declaring the business and proprietorship/partnership of the firm, Attested proof of registration for service/supply with other Civil/Defence departments, if any, Any other documents deemed essential by the Board of Officers/IFA during scrutiny
