Description
The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd., Bathinda invites online applications from non-modern ginning and pressing factories for registration and empanelment for Cotton Season 2026–27 at Bathinda, Tapa or Maur. Registration is followed by a physical survey; only factories found qualified will be empanelled and invited to submit financial bids. Factories must be within the jurisdiction of the relevant APMC. EMD is ₹50,000, with an exemption for eligible registered micro and small enterprises submitting a valid MSE certificate.
