Description
Annual maintenance contract for comprehensive maintenance of firefighting engines at IOCL WRPL Chaksu Pump Station, including spares, manpower, tools, testing equipment, transportation and scheduled OEM maintenance. Contract period is 24 months, with a possible extension of one year or part thereof by mutual consent.

- AMC (Monthly Maintenance Charges): Monthly Maintenance charges for maintenance of fire fighting engines of Greaves (Model: TBD4I V 12 RC, 07 Numbers) at IOCL, Chaksu Pump Station, deployment of required manpower, tools and tackles including personal protective equipment for the manpower deployed at site, testing equipment, all transportation,all labour etc., carrying out routine, preventive maintenance of equipment as per sound engineering, OEM recommendations, operating and maintenance practices, and directions of EIC. Note: Unit "MON" shall be treated as one month; Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly maintenance as per schedule of OEM are to be carried under this item. (Total 07 visits per month) — Qty: 24 MON
- Minor Breakdwon Maintenance:</> Attending minor breakdown in the engines on call basis. This item includes deployment of required manpower, tools and tackles including personal protective equipment for the manpower deployed at site, testing equipment, all transportation,all labour etc., to attend the breakdown problem within shortest duration. Note: Spares/ Consummables etc if any will be provided by IOCL; Payment will be made on per engine per breakdown basis. — Qty: 40 EA
- Repair & Maintenance of Radiator:</> Dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair & maintenance including arresting of coolant leakages, hydrotesting & reinstallation of radiators of fire fighting engines of Greaves cotton make (Model: TBD4I V 12 RC) including all tools & tackles, machining etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. Note: Payment will be made on per radiator basis. — Qty: 12 EA
- Calibration of fuel injectors of diesel engine of Greaves Cotton (Model TBD4IV12) from authorized workshop inclusive of consumables, labour charges, transportation etc. as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. — Qty: 48 EA
- Overhauling & calibration of fuel injection pump (FIP) of diesel engine of Greaves Cotton (Model TBD4IV12) from authorized workshop inclusive of consumables, labour charges, transportation etc. as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. — Qty: 6 EA
- Major overhauling of diesel engine of Greaves Cotton (Model TBD4IV12) including dismantling of engine parts like fuel injectors, cylinder heads, fuel injection pump, piston-CR assembly, liners, turbochargers, main bearings, lube oil pump, cooling water pump etc. cleaning & refitting/replacement of faulty engine parts as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. Required spares shall be supplied by IOCL. Note: Load trial of the engine to be carried out for 04 hours prior to handing over the engine — Qty: 3 EA
- Repairing & reconditioning of cylinder head of diesel engine of Greaves Cotton (Model TBD4IV12) including replacement of faulty parts like valves, valve sheets, valve guides, springs etc. Work includes labour charges, transportation etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. — Qty: 36 EA
