Description
Supply of three configurations of personal computers: i3 with 8GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, i5 with 8GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, and i5 with 16GB RAM and 1024 GB SSD. Each configuration includes a three-year OEM on-site warranty. Selection is based on cumulative Lowest Acceptable Offer (LAO).

- Documents required: Valid NSIC Registration Certificate or BEST Permanent Security Deposit Registration Certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Annexures A-1, A-2 and A-3 (Guaranteed Technical Parameters), duly filled, Documentary evidence of maintenance setup address within Brihan Mumbai, Kalyan, Virar and Panvel region, List of qualified service engineers with qualifications, List of contact persons and telephone numbers for 24*7 complaint support, Documentary evidence of 3 purchase orders within last 3 years, each with minimum cost not less than 35 lacs, Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for PCs issued by authorized OEM personnel, OEM on-site warranty confirmation on OEM letterhead, signed and stamped, Signed and stamped Schedule X of Special Terms and Conditions, Acceptance on letterhead of data backup transfer and installation of previously licensed software, Declaration of hardware and system software support during warranty period, Escalation matrix including service centres and call login details, Schedule of Departures (Annexure B), if applicable, Self-declaration regarding ineligibility, corrupt or fraudulent practices (Annexure C), Schedule of Credentials (Annexure D), if new to the Undertaking
