MMRDA invites percentage-rate bids for semi-comprehensive maintenance and operation of the fire-fighting system, pumps and BMS system at its New Office Building in BKC, Bandra (East), Mumbai. The contract period is 36 months including monsoon. Estimated cost is Rs. 1,22,93,466 excluding GST.
