- Forming base layer for road using wet ash & mill reject with the ratio of 60:40 and laying to the required shape in layers with compaction including diversion of ash slurry in the ash dyke, collecting the mill reject from TTPS mill reject yard, weighing in department weigh bridge and transporting, mixing with ash, laying as directed by the Engineer at site, with all leads, lift etc., complete [But excluding the cost of mill reject] — Qty: 990 M3
