- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, OEM Annual Turnover, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC, Certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating OEM turnover details, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, OEM certificate regarding percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documentary evidence, if claiming MSE purchase preference
