- Documents required: Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 3 (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 4 (Requested in ATC), Technical catalogues/literature, wherever applicable, Purchase orders and evidence of satisfactory execution, Manufacturer certificate for required testing facilities, if bidder is not the manufacturer, Undertaking for product/service support and uninterrupted, timely supply of spare parts for at least 01 Years, DPIIT Startup Registration Certificate, if claiming startup relaxation, Startup declaration that the bid is submitted as manufacturer/provider and not as trader/dealer/distributor, if claiming startup relaxation, Certificate of satisfactory execution of ONGC/OIL development order following successful field trial, where applicable, Purchase order/contract and evidence of satisfactory field use for qualifying startup bidders, where applicable, EMD payment proof or applicable exemption supporting documents
