Description
The Indian Army is procuring 1,034 units across stationery categories, including staplers, markers and highlighters, file tags, writing pens, paper adhesives and colour pencils. Delivery is required within 30 days to Indore. The bid uses total value wise evaluation, a two packet bid, and reverse auction with H1 elimination. EMD and ePBG are not required.
