Description
Supply of 60 pairs of composite electrical insulating rubber hand gloves for E.H.V. to the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking. Tenderers must submit a type test certificate as per IEC 60903:2014 amended to date and one free sample pair. Tender validity is 180 days and contract validity is 18 months from the technical bid opening date.

- Documents required: Valid NSIC Registration Certificate or BEST Undertaking Permanent Security Deposit registration certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Documentary evidence that the tenderer is a reputed hand glove manufacturer or an authorized distributor, Schedule of Guaranteed Performance & Other Technical Particulars (Annexure-A), Type Test Certificate for the offered product as per IEC 60903:2014 amended to date, Schedule of Departures from the Specification (Annexure-B), if applicable, Manufacturer's name and brand name of the offered product in Annexure-A and the text matter column, One pair sample of the offered glove, submitted free of cost by the bid end date, Declaration on letterhead accepting firm prices, tender and contract validity, technical conditions, suitability for electrical purposes, and 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects, Manufacturer credentials in Annexure-C1 or authorized distributor credentials in Annexure-C2, for new suppliers, Purchase Order copies or SRN copies, for past suppliers to the Undertaking (non-mandatory)
