Annual-rate-contract procurement for two years of District Regulating Skids (DRS) and Meter Regulating Skids (MRS), including design, engineering, manufacture, testing, supply, transportation, installation assistance, testing and commissioning. The material requisition includes DRS and MRS skids of multiple capacities and associated installation, testing and commissioning assistance.

- Documents required: Technical catalogue/literature in English, including model-decoding details and drawings, List of deviations, if any, and separate no-deviation confirmation, Sizing, noise calculations and certified capacity curves, wherever applicable, Shop inspection charges and details of tests, if applicable, Certificates from statutory bodies for explosion-proof or intrinsically safe instruments, wherever specified, IBR certification in Form III(C) or equivalent certification, wherever specified, Estimated power/utility consumption and special cable requirements, if any, Customer reference list in India/abroad, P&ID of each quoted skid, Tentative bill of material for each quoted skid, Make, model number and decoding details of each supplied item, Filled-in data sheets for each supplied item, GA drawings with dimensional details or catalogues for supplied items, Signed and stamped copy of tender document including the material requisition for the quoted section, Sizing/design calculations for supplied items, Flow computer sizing details, Filled-in technical questionnaire, Two-years' recommended spares list with printed price list, Confirmation that supplied makes will comply with the approved vendor list, Estimated shipping weight and volume of each item, Vendor data requirement drawings and documents
