Description
Limited tender enquiry for consultancy services to prepare a Detailed Project Report and aligned documentation for modernizing CIFNET’s deep-sea fishery training vessel fleet. Scope includes market and technology assessment, technical specifications and cost estimates for three new vessels, DPR and SFC/EFC and PIB/DIB memoranda, appraisal support, tender documents, and evaluation and disposal planning for existing vessels. The assignment is to be completed within four months from commencement.
