Description
Procurement of 45 12V 65AH sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries for delivery to Visakhapatnam within 90 days. Batteries must be recently manufactured, comply with relevant standards, include safe unloading, positioning and installation, and carry an on-site warranty of 2 to 3 years.

- Certifications: Relevant Indian/International standards compliance, Udyam Certificate, if claiming MSE purchase preference, DPIIT Startup registration, if claiming startup relaxation, OEM local content certificate for Make in India preference
- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Contracts and delivery acceptance certificates/CRAC for experience criteria, Contracts proving supply of 50% of bid quantity in a financial year, Satisfactory Performance certificate issued by the respective Buyer Organization, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, Valid MAF from OEM, if bidder is an authorized dealer or distributor, Supporting documents for MSE or startup relaxation, if applicable
