Description
HIL (India) Limited invites consultancy organisations to prepare basic and detailed engineering, a DPR, complete LSTK tender documentation, technical bid support, and Performance/Guarantee Run support for a proposed 300 KL per annum neem-based biopesticide formulation project at its Rasayani Unit. Physical construction, procurement, installation and commissioning are excluded from the consultant's scope and will be undertaken under a separate LSTK contract.

- Documents required: Incorporation/Registration Certificate, Annexure-2 and satisfactory completion certificate issued by the client for the qualifying project, Annexure-3 and relevant audited balance sheets/financial statements, Valid certificates for at least two of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 21500:2012 and ISO 31000:2018, Annexure-4 manpower details for the consultant team, Authenticated valid MSME (Small & Micro)/NSIC certificate or Start-up certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Annexure-6 undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted, Duly signed Integrity Pact (Annexure-9), Notarized JV Agreement for JV bidders, Earnest Money Deposit by BG/RTGS/DD/Pay Order, unless exempted
