Supply of 120 liters of pre-treatment primers conforming to DEF STAN 80-15, patterns 8010-000116 and 8010-000117. Delivery is required in January 2027, with a consignee delivery period of 60 days. The bidder must meet the specified Indian Navy supplier or prior-supply qualification and provide a one-year guarantee/warranty.

- Documents required: Valid documents proving registration with the Indian Navy as a supplier for Naval application paints/primers, or a copy of a contract for supplied Naval application paints together with Navy inspection clearance documentation (Inspection Note, Inspection Clearance Certificate, JIR, Dispatch Clearance, etc.), Supporting documents proving eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought, Signed and stamped Specification, Scope of Work and Buyer Added Specific Terms & Conditions pages with acceptance remarks, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, Guarantee/Warranty Certificate, Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations, Techno-commercial offer indicating specification, deviations, freight charges, insurance, taxes, duties and other expenses
