Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 80 point-of-care hemoglobinometers, including a cuvette-based digital hemoglobin meter with 1000 cuvettes and 1000 lancets per unit. Delivery is required within 30 days. EMD is Rs. 22,000; ePBG is not required.
