Description
Supply of 30 units of Grade A calcined petroleum coke, packaged in 50 kg bags, conforming to IS 8502:2025. Delivery is required within 25 days to Telecom HQRS PCR Complex, Parade, Jammu. MSE purchase preference applies; EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Compliance of BoQ, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if applicable, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover details, Signed/stamped copy of buyer specifications clearly indicating YES or NO, Material Test Certificate, AS REQUESTED IN BID CLAUSE certificates / test reports, Satisfactory Performance certificate issued by respective Buyer Organization, Proof of past experience such as contract copy with invoices, execution certificate, or other supporting document
