Description
Tender for providing round-the-clock cycle, scooter, motorcycle and car parking services at Civil Hospital, Sector-6, Panchkula and Civil Surgeon Office premises. The contract is for one year, extendable yearly for up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance and a 10% annual increase. The reserve contract money is Rs. 20,00,000 per annum, and at least 15 manpower must be deployed.

- Documents required: Affidavit duly attested by First Class Magistrate regarding no pending Government dues/liabilities, Details of parking/tender contracts undertaken during the last five years, Details of the amount received/deposited with the concerned Department/Institution in respect of previous contracts, Valid EPF Registration Certificate, Valid ESI Registration Certificate/Code, PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, wherever applicable, Address proof of the bidder/firm, Details of the firm/company/proprietor/authorized representative, Affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, attested by First Class Magistrate, declaring no pending civil/criminal proceedings or penalty relating to parking, No dues certificate from previous parking tenders from Government institutions, Signed declaration confirming the information furnished is true and correct, Documentary evidence supporting details of previous contracts, wherever applicable
