Supply of 10 paraffin wax baths for physiotherapy/rehabilitation to the Armed Forces Medical Store Depot, Delhi Cantt. Delivery is required within 30 days. EMD is not required; ePBG of 3% is required for 38 months.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) for experience, Relevant contracts proving past-performance quantity, Clause-by-clause technical specification compliance with make/brand/model, EMD receipt of AFMSD, OEM certificate stating local content percentage and locations of local value addition, if claiming MII preference, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting evidence, if claiming MSE preference, ISO 9001 certification, BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other applicable product certificates
