- Documents required: Documentary evidence that the tenderer is a manufacturer, authorised distributor or dealer of HP and Epson cartridges, HP principal manufacturer's authorisation letter/certificate in the name of BEST Undertaking, specific to this tender, Proof of address showing establishment within Brihan Mumbai, Kalyan, Virar or Panvel region, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the best 2 years out of the last 3 financial years, or Chartered Accountant certificate in the prescribed MAAT format, Supporting documents proving 3 years' experience in the business of selling original cartridges, Copies/details of successfully executed printer cartridge supply orders for Central or State Government, PSUs or subordinate offices, Annexure A Guaranteed Technical Parameters, duly filled, sealed and signed, Declaration on bidder letterhead that minimum cartridge yield will be maintained as per Annexure A, Valid NSIC registration certificate or BEST Permanent Security Deposit Registration Certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Tender fee payment evidence, except bidders who participated in tender 2026_BEST_1330325_1 and already paid the fee
