Description
IIT Guwahati seeks a service provider to deliver an online payment collection system supporting payment gateway transactions and electronic challans for NEFT/RTGS, integration with IITG systems, settlement to the Institute's escrow account, reconciliation, MIS reporting, security, and 24x7 support. The contract is for two years, with possible year-to-year extensions for up to three additional years.

- Documents required: Applicable registration certificate(s) for providing online payment gateway services, Performance certificates/references for active similar-service contracts with at least three Government/public sector undertakings, including contact details, Copy of work order(s) with validity period clearly indicated, Valid PAN card, Valid GST registration certificate, Undertaking confirming the bidder is not in litigation with a service recipient, has no record of poor performance, and is not blacklisted by any Government or its organizations, Technical bid documents signed and stamped on each page by the bidder or authorized person, Financial bid in the prescribed Annexure-I pro forma, Bid Security Declaration in the format specified in Annexure-II
