Part - A (PERCENTAGE TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT ONLY WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF CP&OH) "Operation and Maintenance of E/M,& Water Supply installations including day to day maintenance to DRDO Technical & Transit Facilties at DMSRDE Kanpur " by providing following Manpower :- Supervisor cum Sr Electrician (Highly-Skilled) - 01 No Electrician cum DG Operator/Boiler Op-erator (Skilled) - 03 AC Mechanic/ AC Plant Operator (Skilled) - 01 No Plumber/Pump operator (Skilled) - 02 No Sewer man (Un-Skilled) - 01 No Support Staff (Un-Skilled) - 02 No Total No. of Staff - 10 Nos. Operation and Maintenance of Equipment/ Installation at Site and provision of maintenance services by positioning required manpower as per the scope of work (Refer Appendix-A of NIT) for 12 (Twelve) Months and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The following points mentioned under "Note" from Sl No. (i) to (iv) shall be considered while quoting the rate (Refer Appendix-B of NIT for details). NOTE: (i) The estimated cost i — Qty: 12 Months
Part - B (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Uniform and Accessories: Two sets of normal Uniforms (Shirt & Trouser duly engraved name of particular company on the left pocket of Shirt as approved by Estate Manager) to each and every manpower including Shoes/Boots/Protective Gear/Gloves and winter clothing etc. as applicable to all O&M Staff @ Rs 4720.00 per annum per head. NOTE: i) The amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expenditure made (restricted to the estimate amount on not exceedable basis) on submission of paid vouchers submitted by contractor of payments duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge / Project Manager to the con-cerned authorities. ii) The Amount is inclusive of CP & OH, GST@18% will be paid i.e. Rs. 4720.00 Refer Appendix - B. — Qty: 10 Per Person

Part - E : Maintenance of E/M Assets at DRDO TECHNICAL & TRANSIT FACILITIES AT DMSRDE KANPUR (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) Brief scope :The annual maintenance contract covers regular servicing, periodical checks to all components, greasing / lubrication to all parts, rectification / tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of gasket and oil seal, and including cleaning and dusting of all components complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to keep the equipment in functional condition. Services further included are complete servicing, replacement of defective /damaged parts, expert assistance for non-performing systems, maintenance scheduling, and annual calibration by carrying General Servicing and maintenance as per standard practices/guidelines to keep the system functional. The modalities would include attending the complaints / breakdowns as and when arisen , repair / replacement of consumables as required for smooth operation of the system. Paymen — Qty: 1 Per Annum
Part – F (PERCENTAGE NOT TO BE QUOTED ON THIS AMOUNT) (a) Comprehensive AMC of Panasonic EPABX advance system KXTD-100 624 along with CVT(150VA) and Bat-teries 02 Nos (12V, 07AH) MDF box, Beetel push buttons telephones (32 nos) also faults of cables laid in con-nections with phones etc. except voice/data three pair cable & 12V, 7AH batteries installed at DRDO transit facility DMSRDE Kanpur.. (b) Comprehensive AMC of Panasonic TES-616 CLI advance EPABX (8*24) upgradable along with operator con-sole and UPS 850VA (12V,07AH bat-teries 01 Nos) MDF box, push button telephone (16 nos.) also faults of ca-bles laid in connections with phones etc. except voice/data three pair cable & 12V, 7AH batteries installed at DRDO transit facility, (DRDO NGO'S transit facility at DMSRDE, Kanpur) NOTE: i) The overall amount earmarked for expenditure in this head is Rs. 84,000.00 including CP&OH and @ 18% GST. ii) Payment will be made @ Rs. 21,000.00 per quarter for CAMC of above mentioned item as per payme — Qty: 4 Per Quarter
