Procurement of 900 NAAT-based PCR diagnostic kits for human samples for Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt. Delivery is required within 30 days. EMD is not required; ePBG of 3% for 6 months is required. Bidder and OEM turnover requirements are Rs. 3 lakh and Rs. 18 lakh respectively. Reverse auction is enabled, with H1 highest-priced bidder elimination.
