Description
IIT Tirupati invites bids in a two-bid system for a turnkey 800 TFLOPS hybrid CPU-GPU high-performance computing cluster, including compute and GPU nodes, high-memory nodes, parallel storage, interconnects, software, installation, integration, testing, training, five years of warranty and two years of post-warranty CAMC. The tender uses QCBS with 30% technical and 70% financial weighting.
