Description
Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society invites bids from registered firms/agencies for annual supply of office stationery items. Bids are submitted online in two covers, with a hard copy of the refundable EMD required. The rate contract is valid for two years, and delivery is required within 3 days of receipt of a supply order.

- Documents required: Proof of dealership/retailer/stockist/distributorship and legal status, place of registration, and principal place of business, Details of experience and past performance supplying stationery items on annual contract basis during the last 3 years in State/Central Government sectors or PSUs, with signed photocopies of orders/contracts, CA certificate evidencing annual business of not less than Rs 15.00 Lakh in each of FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 from sale of stationery articles, Audited financial statement or turnover statement certified by a CA for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, Valid GST Registration Number and Permanent Account Number, Up-to-date Trade License, GST returns for the last three months, Valid OEM Manufacturer Form (MAF) for the specified quoted products, OEM warranty undertaking confirming warranty/support during the contract period for the specified quoted products, Signed and stamped tender document, Signed and stamped price bid in the prescribed Annexure-IV format, Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 50,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque in favour of Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society
