Expression of Interest for non-exclusive, no-cost empanelment of eligible accommodation aggregation agencies for Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela 2027. Applicants must demonstrate relevant accommodation-sector experience, a functional digital platform operational for more than one year, and an accommodation-sector track record. Empanelled agencies independently onboard and verify properties, manage listings, reservations, payments and customer support. NTKMA may empanel multiple agencies and provides no guarantee of business or booking volume.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation, Registration Certificate, or equivalent constitutive document, PAN, GST registration, where applicable, Work Order / Letter of Award / Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding / government permission / appointment / authorisation letter, Completion Certificate / Client Certificate / Appreciation Letter / other document establishing the Applicant's role and relevant scope, Operational website or application link, Screenshots along with brief platform description, Notarized self-declaration confirming ownership of, or lawful right to operate and use, the platform and confirming that the platform is operational for more than 1 Year, Notarized self-declaration confirming compliance with PQ 4 along with accommodation categories and geographic coverage, Self-declaration duly signed by the Authorised Signatory on the Applicant's letterhead or non-judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting, Pre-Qualification Bid Covering Letter, Pre-Qualification Compliance statement, Authorisation of the signatory, Data-protection and security undertaking
