Supply of 40 Neubauer Chambers / hemocytometers, including installation, testing, commissioning and operator training. Delivery is required within 45 days to DHS Annexe Building, Port Blair, South Andaman. One-year warranty applies.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Contract copy along with invoices and bidder self-certification, client execution certificate with contract value, or other document supporting contract execution, Documentary evidence of supply of at least 02 Nos same or similar category product to a Central Government organization or PSU in the last 02 financial years, Certificate that the OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM has a registered office in India for imported products
