- Documents required: Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if applicable, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) supporting experience and past performance, Satisfactory Performance certificate issued by respective Buyer Organization for qualifying orders, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, ISO 9001 certification, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, Relevant certificates including BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates as prescribed in the product specification, Documents supporting product source of supply, Escalation Matrix for Service Support, Documentary evidence of functional service centre in the consignee's state, where applicable
