Supply of 800 metric tonnes of natural flaky graphite -94% to SAIL Refractory Unit, with staggered deliveries to consignee locations in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and Ramgarh, Jharkhand. Estimated bid value is Rs. 65,240,000. EMD of Rs. 500,000 and ePBG of 3% for 20 months are required. Bid splitting applies, and reverse auction is enabled.
