Description
Supply of 60,000 kilograms of Naphthenic Base Oil to Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. at Silvassa. Delivery is required within 15 days of each call-up/PO during the 30-day contract period. EMD is Rs. 46,000 and ePBG is 3% for 3 months. Reverse auction is enabled with H1-Highest Priced Bid Elimination.
